Aug. 20th, 2004 12:49 amTonks stumbles back into her room at the House of Arch, distracted and exhausted beyond belief. Dumbledore's pensieve is clutched tightly in her arms...with Crichton still inside, a fact that makes her more than a little uncomfortable. She places it carefully on her dresser, wondering what on earth she'll do if he doesn't come out of it soon.
She should get ready for bed. Tomorrow's another day. Things to do. Business to take care of.
But somehow, she can't get past the thought of Crowley.
Tonks shakes herself. Tom's right. It's time to think of herself, for a change.
But when she does...her thoughts are rather lonely.
