I love you. And thank you.
Now that we've gotten over the shock of the whole thing, Bernard and I are really happy and excited about it. I'm already up to my ears in books on the subject, courtesy of Aziraphael, and I'm sure we'll be asking you all sorts of stupid questions over the next several months, so you'll have to humour us. Meanwhile, here's a copy of the sonogram -- figured you'd want something to display proudly on the refrigerator. It's still a bit tadpole-shaped, but if I hear any frog jokes from you, Dad, I'll sentence you to hard labour painting the baby's room.
Sunny's doing pretty well, but teething like mad, so there've been some cranky days, lately. Thought you might like this picture of her. As you can see, the crown's pretty standard wear these days, though sometimes she graciously shares it with me. She asked me to give some of her Art to you as well, so I present you with... well, I think it's the squid, but I might be wrong.
Bernard had a very good night, last night; one of the other magic-users in the bar was able to take away most of his scars. He's still got a few, here and there, but by and large they're gone and he's thrilled to pieces. So am I, for his sake. I think he'll be able to let that go a bit more, now.
Other than that, nothing too terribly interesting's going on. Crowley's in town all week, so we've been enjoying his company; I think he and Aziraphael will be 'round for dinner either tonight or tomorrow.
All right, must get back to work -- take care, we'll talk soon.
Much love,
Dora
