Sorry not to have responded sooner -- things are still very dicey, here, and I'm spending nearly all my time looking after Bernard. We're working on possible solutions, and I'll keep you updated as things go. Very much wish you were here to lean on, but I understand why you can't be. I'll tell Crowley where you are.
