I hear from Aziraphale that you are doing very well, off to a good start bossing everyone 'round, striking fear in the hearts of your allies, etc. etc. Well done, you. Have you found a posh flat with fig trees just out the window, and whatnot? I expect you'll at least have a nice balcony on which to sun your lazy, reptilian arse. Mind you wear your sunblock.
Not much has happened since you left, and I'm sure the angel's filled you in on most things, anyhow. Fleur's back, and in not too bad of shape, so that's something, I suppose. She brought with her the news that Voldemort was indeed in France, but of course by the time our people arrived on the scene he and his goons had scampered. I'm going there tonight, actually, to try and pick up as many clues as possible. Probably be gone a few days -- I'm hoping you and I won't miss each other, if you do manage to visit, but if we do then I promise to buy you a nice lovely bottle of Atlantean next time. And yes, I'm being careful, and not over-exerting myself, or being an idiot, yadda yadda. Well. Not too much of an idiot, anyway.
Otherwise, it's business as usual. Bernard's still planning to blow people up, even more so now that the Death Eaters have messed with Fleur. As long as he doesn't do himself in in the process, I'm all for it.
Anyway, must go. Auror-ing awaits.

Things are going along well enough here. The bar seems strange without you about, but I hear you've been keeping yourself busy. I've not been around much, honestly, as I've been busy with matters at home.
Take care of yourself and enjoy the heat. At least winter hasn't touched Milliways yet - I will be delighted to avoid a horrid English winter this year.
